Our mentorship structure is flexible and powerful. As a mentor, you can choose to contribute in two ways:
Share your deep industry knowledge by developing a high-impact, structured course based on your proven experience via pre-recorded videos of your lectures.
Get featured on our platform, allowing users to book sessions with you directly for personalized guidance. Choose to offer 1:1 coaching, group coaching, or both. (Must also be program creator)
If you already have an existing course or program, our team will evaluate and, if aligned with our quality and content standards, help integrate it into our system with formatting adjustments. If not, we'll assist you in structuring and recording a program that meets our professional, learner-first standards.
Time commitment is tailored to your availability
Allocate time upfront to design and record your course content, ensuring a high- quality learning experience for students.
Offer personalized support through 1:1 or group coaching sessions, based on your availability and user demand.
We ask that you dedicate approximately 1 hour/week to answer community- submitted questions, which we use to enhance your course dynamically—turning FAQs into valuable bonus content, strengthening your program over time and reinforcing your thought leadership.
